Target Information
TLE1 is a transcriptional corepressor that binds to multiple transcription factors. It inhibits NF-kappa-B-regulated gene expression and transcriptional activation mediated by FOXA2, CTNNB1, and TCF family members in Wnt signaling. The activity of full-length TLE family members may be modulated by association with dominant-negative AES. It also functions as a coactivator for ESRRG.
