Target Information
TCEB1은 단백질 elongin C로 알려져 있으며, 전사 인자 B (SIII) 복합체의 하위 단위입니다. 이 복합체는 elongin A/A2, B, C로 구성되어 있으며 RNA polymerase II의 일시적 중단을 억제하여 전사 신장을 활성화합니다. Elongin A는 전사 활성 성분으로 작용하고, elongin B와 C는 조절 하위 단위로 작용합니다. Elongin A2는 고환에서 특이적으로 발현되며 elongin B와 C와 안정적인 복합체를 형성할 수 있습니다. 또한 von Hippel-Lindau 종양 억제 단백질은 elongin B 및 C에 결합하여 전사 신장을 억제합니다. 서로 다른 두 항체(P100962-T200 및 P100963_P050 / P100963_P100)를 사용한 Western blot 결과, 동일한 분자량을 확인하였습니다.
