This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
CEA Cell Adhesion Molecule 6 (CEACAM6) belongs to the carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) family, a group of GPI-anchored cell surface glycoproteins. These molecules play roles in cell adhesion and are widely used as tumor markers in carcinoma serum immunoassays. CEACAM6 influences tumor cell sensitivity to adenovirus infection and serves as a receptor for adherent-invasive E. coli adhesion to ileal epithelial cells in Crohn’s disease patients.
