Target Information
TET3는 ten-eleven-translocation (TET) 유전자 패밀리에 속하는 methylcytosine dioxygenase로, methylcytosine을 5-hydroxymethylcytosine으로 전환합니다. 주로 조혈세포에서 발현되며, TET2와 달리 TET3의 돌연변이는 골수성 악성종양에서 보고되지 않았습니다. TET3는 수정란의 DNA 탈메틸화 및 후성유전적 재프로그래밍 과정에 관여하며, 체세포핵이식 복제 과정에서도 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
