Product Specific Information
- In ELISAs, this antibody does not cross-react with recombinant human CCL19, CXCL1, CCL16, CCL11, recombinant mouse CCL20, or recombinant rat CCL20.
- Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of the antibody (LAL method).
Target Information
Macrophage Inflammatory Protein-3 alpha (MIP-3α), also known as CCL20, is expressed in the liver, lungs, lymph nodes, and peripheral blood lymphocytes. It is upregulated by inflammatory signals and downregulated by IL-10.
MIP-3α signals through the CCR6 receptor and acts as a chemoattractant to lymphocytes and dendritic cells.
