For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Sarcomere assembly is regulated by the muscle protein titin, a giant elastic protein with kinase activity that extends half the length of a sarcomere. Titin acts as a scaffold for myofibrils and other muscle-related proteins.
MYOZ1 encodes a protein found in striated and cardiac muscle that binds to the titin Z1–Z2 domains and is a substrate of titin kinase, interactions critical to sarcomere assembly.
Mutations in MYOZ1 are associated with limb-girdle muscular dystrophy type 2G.
