Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

The TFB1M protein is a dimethyltransferase that methylates the conserved stem loop of mitochondrial 12S rRNA.
It is part of the basal mitochondrial transcription complex and is essential for mitochondrial gene expression.
Its methylation and transcriptional activities are independent.
