Target Information
HLA-DMA는 HLA class II α chain 패럴로그에 속하며, α (DMA)와 β (DMB) 두 개의 막결합 사슬로 이루어진 헤테로다이머입니다. 세포 내 소포에 위치하며, MHC class II 분자의 펩타이드 로딩 과정에서 CLIP 분자를 제거하는 역할을 수행합니다. Class II 분자는 항원제시세포(APC: B lymphocyte, dendritic cell, macrophage)에 발현되며, α chain은 약 33–35 kDa 크기로 5개의 exon을 포함합니다.
HLA 및 MHC 항체는 Immunopeptidomics 연구에서 중요한 역할을 하며, LC-MS/MS를 통한 neoantigen의 식별 및 특성 분석에 활용됩니다.
