Target Information
Human Interleukin 9 (IL9)는 인간 골수성 백혈병 세포주에서 증식 활성을 기반으로 처음 확인되었습니다. IL9은 인간 megakaryocytic leukemic cell line M07e의 증식을 자극하며, 적혈구 집락 형성을 지원하고 IL4와 함께 IgE 및 IgG 생산을 촉진합니다.
Interleukin 9 receptor (IL9R)는 hematopoietin receptor superfamily의 구성원으로, mouse와 human IL9R의 cDNA가 분리되었습니다. 두 종의 단백질은 각각 468 및 533개의 아미노산 잔기를 포함하며 53%의 서열 동일성을 공유합니다. IL9R의 여러 isoform이 확인되었으며, 그 중에는 용해형 형태로 추정되는 것도 있습니다. IL9 receptor는 T 세포, 호중구, 비만세포, 대식세포 등 다양한 조혈세포에서 발현됩니다.
