Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The expression systems are developed by cloning the specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
CES3 is a major lipase in white adipose tissue, involved in the metabolism of xenobiotics and natural substrates. It hydrolyzes triacylglycerols and monoacylglycerols, with a preference for monoacylglycerols. The susceptibility of the substrate increases with decreasing acyl chain length of the fatty acid moiety. CES3 also catalyzes the synthesis of fatty acid ethyl esters.
