Target Information
EPHB4 is a receptor tyrosine kinase belonging to the ephrin receptor family. Eph receptors are key regulators in processes such as:

- Neural synapse formation and maturation
Ephrins are divided into two classes:
- Ephrin-A (EFNA): Anchored via glycosylphosphatidylinositol linkage
- Ephrin-B (EFNB): Transmembrane proteins
