IL-3Rα (Interleukin-3 receptor subunit alpha)는 type I cytokine receptor family에 속하며, 공통 베타 서브유닛(beta c 또는 CDw131)과 결합하여 이형이량체를 형성합니다. IL-3Rα는 Interleukin-3 신호 전달에 관여하며, Interleukin-3에 의해 IL-3Rα 및 IL-3Rβ의 이형이량체화가 유도됩니다. 이 수용체는 급성 골수성 백혈병(AML) 세포에서 과발현되어 잠재적인 치료 표적이 될 수 있습니다.
