SCYL2는 세포막 또는 엔도사포막의 AP2-함유 클라트린 피복 구조의 구성 요소입니다. SCYL2는 세린/트레오닌 단백질 키나아제로 추정되며, poly-L-lysine 존재하에 AP2 복합체의 β2-서브유닛 및 기타 단백질을 인산화합니다. 또한 SCYL2는 TGN 및 엔도좀 시스템 사이의 클라트린 의존적 이동을 조절할 수 있습니다.
