This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems by cloning antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

This antibody has specificity for Human NCR3/CD337.
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a natural cytotoxicity receptor (NCR) that aids NK cells in the lysis of tumor cells. It interacts with CD3-zeta (CD247), a T-cell receptor component. A single nucleotide polymorphism in the 5′ untranslated region of this gene has been associated with mild malaria susceptibility. Three transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified (RefSeq, May 2010).
