Target Information
CD31 (platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1, PECAM-1)은 T세포 및 B세포 신호 조절에 관여하는 억제성 코리셉터로, ITIM(면역수용체 티로신 기반 억제 모티프)을 통해 단백질 티로신 인산화효소의 결합 부위를 제공한다. CD31은 혈관계 전반에 발현되며, 인접한 세포 사이의 접합부에 주로 위치한다. N-말단 Ig-like 도메인은 동종 결합을 매개하여 세포 간 상호작용에 중요한 역할을 한다. CD31은 세포 부착, 혈관 내 이동, 혈관신생, 세포자멸사, 면역신호 조절, 자가면역, 대식세포 식세포작용, IgE 매개 아나필락시스 및 혈전 형성 등 다양한 생리적 과정에 관여하는 다기능성 분자이다. 혈관계에서 핵심적인 조절 인자로 작용한다.
