Target Information
KLHL22 (kelch-like protein 22)는 634 아미노산으로 구성된 단백질로, 초파리의 kelch 단백질과 유사하며, 난소 링관의 액틴 구조 유지에 필요합니다.
Human KLHL22는 여섯 개의 kelch 반복과 하나의 BTB (POZ) 도메인을 포함합니다. BTB 도메인은 N-말단 호모다이머화 도메인으로, 전사 조절 및 염색질 구조 조절에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
대체 스플라이싱으로 인해 두 가지 isoform이 존재합니다.
