Target Information
Synaptophysin 2 (synaptoporin)은 시냅스 소포막의 구성 요소로, 시냅스 소포 수송에 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다 (Dai et al., 2003). Synaptophysin 1과 높은 상동성을 가지지만, 발현 양상에서 차이를 보입니다. Synaptophysin 1은 광범위하게 발현되는 반면, Synaptophysin 2는 해마의 mossy fiber 시냅스에 집중되어 있습니다 (Grabs et al., 1994; Singec et al., 2002).
