Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
UBXN2B (UBX domain-containing protein 2B), also known as NSFL1 cofactor p37 or p97 cofactor p37, is a 331 amino acid protein containing one UBX domain and one SEP domain.
UBXN2B is essential for ER and Golgi biogenesis, maintenance during interphase, and reassembly after mitosis. It interacts with VCP to form a complex with membrane fusion activity, which requires USO1-GOLGA2 tethering and BET1L. VCPIP1 is also required, though its deubiquitinating activity is not.
