HA tag recombinant mouse monoclonal antibody specifically recognizes HA tag at both C- and N-terminus of proteins.
Alexa Fluor™ Plus recombinant antibodies use proprietary dye chemistry to provide brighter fluorescence and improved signal-to-noise ratio compared to standard Alexa Fluor conjugates.
These recombinant antibodies ensure better specificity and lot-to-lot consistency by cloning antibody genes into expression vectors and expressing them in vitro.

Usage Recommendations:

• Centrifuge conjugate briefly before use and use only the supernatant to minimize aggregates and background staining.
• Tested applications include WB, ICC/IF, and Flow Cytometry using HEK-293E cells transiently transfected with HA-tagged constructs.
• Suggested concentrations: 1 µg/mL for WB, 5 µg/mL for ICC/IF, ≤0.5 µg/test for Flow Cytometry.
• Optimize antibody dilution for best performance.
