For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
This gene encodes an alpha tubulin family member. Alpha and beta tubulins form heterodimers that assemble into microtubules. Mutations in TUBA8 are linked to polymicrogyria and optic nerve hypoplasia. Alternate splicing generates multiple transcript variants.
