For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

CD147 (basigin, neurothelin, OX-47, 5A11, CE9, M6, EMMPRIN, extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer, TCSF) is a 50–60 kDa glycoprotein with multiple glycosylated forms.
It is a plasma membrane protein involved in spermatogenesis, embryo implantation, neural network formation, and tumor progression.
CD147 belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily and is highly expressed in metabolically active cells such as lymphoblasts, inflammatory cells, brown adipocytes, and malignant tumor cells.
Functions include facilitation of monocarboxylate transporter and matrix metalloproteinase expression, regulation of integrin functions, and roles in cell activation, fetal development, and retinal function.
