  • Daratumumab (Darzalex) is a human monoclonal antibody approved by the U.S. FDA for the treatment of multiple myeloma.
  • Daratumumab binds to CD38 on multiple myeloma cells and induces apoptosis via antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) or complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC).
  • GenScript Anti-Daratumumab Antibody (9A6), mAb, Mouse is produced from a hybridoma generated by fusion of partner and B-lymphocytes obtained from a mouse immunized with Daratumumab.
