This antibody reacts with an undefined epitope on a plant pathogen.
MA1-10419 can be used as a negative control to measure the non-specific binding of Mouse IgG2a in human, porcine, mouse, and rat tissues.
Target Information
Mouse IgG2a is a subtype of immunoglobulin G antibody produced by B cells in response to an antigen. It is the second most abundant IgG subtype in serum and plays a key role in the adaptive immune response.
It consists of two heavy chains and two light chains, contributing to functions such as opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity.
Mouse IgG2a is used in various research and diagnostic applications including ELISA, Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry, as well as in therapeutic research such as immunotherapy and vaccine development.
