Target Information
NME1은 전이성이 높은 세포에서 mRNA 전사 수준이 감소된 것으로 확인된 단백질입니다. Nucleoside diphosphate kinase(NDK)는 A(NME1 유전자에 의해 암호화됨)와 B(NME2 유전자에 의해 암호화됨) 아이소폼으로 구성된 헥사머 형태로 존재합니다. 이 유전자의 돌연변이는 공격적인 신경모세포종에서 발견되었습니다. 두 가지 전사 변이체가 존재하며, NME1과 NME2의 공동 전사에 의해 생성된 NME1-NME2 융합 단백질도 보고되었습니다.
