Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
SNAP25 is a t-SNARE protein involved in the molecular regulation of neurotransmitter release. It plays a role in the synaptic function of specific neuronal systems and associates with proteins involved in vesicle docking and membrane fusion. Additionally, SNAP25 regulates plasma membrane recycling through its interaction with CENPF. Mutations in the SNAP25 gene may result in myasthenic syndrome.
