Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Spermatogenesis is regulated by extracellular and intracellular factors and cellular interactions among interstitial cells, Sertoli cells, and germ cells.
This gene is expressed in Sertoli cells but not in germ cells, and is absent in patients with spermatogenic arrest at the spermatocyte stage, which may result in oligospermia or azoospermia.
The encoded proteins contain PHD (plant homeodomain) finger domains, also known as leukemia-associated protein (LAP) domains, implicated in transcriptional regulation.
This nuclear protein has been associated with transcriptional regulation of spermatogenesis.
Two protein isoforms are produced from transcript variants of this gene.
