Target Information

LAMB3 유전자는 basement membrane 단백질 계열인 laminin의 β 서브유닛을 암호화합니다. 이 단백질은 α 및 γ 서브유닛과 함께 laminin-5를 형성합니다.
이 유전자 변이는 epidermolysis bullosa junctional Herlitz type 및 generalized atrophic benign epidermolysis bullosa와 같은 피부 수포 질환을 유발할 수 있습니다.
여러 전사 변이체가 보고되었으며, 동일한 단백질을 암호화합니다.
