Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
RNPC3 participates in pre-mRNA U12-dependent splicing, performed by the minor spliceosome which removes U12-type introns. U12-type introns comprise less than 1% of all non-coding sequences. RNPC3 binds to the 3′-stem-loop of m(7)G-capped U12 snRNA.
