Target Information
TP53BP2는 세포 성장과 아폽토시스 조절에 중심적인 역할을 하는 조절 단백질입니다.
TP53과 상호작용하여 DNA 결합 및 전사 활성화를 촉진하며, APPBP1의 NEDD8 결합을 억제하여 세포 사멸 유도 능력을 감소시킵니다. 또한 G2/M 단계에서 세포 주기 진행을 저해합니다.
DDX42와의 상호작용에 의해 아폽토시스 활성은 억제됩니다.
