Product Specific Information
A 1:1,000 dilution of MA5-45918 was sufficient for detection of DIAPH2 in 10 µg of Mouse Liver by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. Detects approximately 125 kDa protein.
Target Information
The DIAPH2 gene encodes a protein belonging to the diaphanous subfamily of the formin homology family. It may play a role in ovarian development and function. Mutations in this gene have been associated with premature ovarian failure 2. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
