A 1:1,000 dilution of MA5-45916 was sufficient for detection of SPATA2L in 10 µg of SH-SY5Y Cell Line by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. Detects 50 kDa.
