Anti-Zinc finger protein 236 antibody produced in rabbit
ZNF236 (zinc finger protein 236) is a Kruppel-like zinc finger protein. In humans, it is expressed in mesangial cells, which is regulated by glucose. It is transcribed as two isoforms- ZNF236a and ZNF236b. Their molecular weights are 174kDa and 204kDa, and they contain 25 and 30 C2H2 zinc-finger motifs, respectively. This gene is localized to human chromosome 18q22-q23.
