ULP family 단백질은 C-말단의 핵심 촉매 도메인과 기질 특이성을 결정하는 N-말단 확장부로 구성됩니다.
SENP8은 24 kDa 단백질로 NEDD8 경로 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.

- Cullins 및 p53과 같은 기질에서 NEDD8 제거
