Target Information
FIBB는 피브리노겐의 베타 구성 요소로, 세 쌍의 비동일 폴리펩타이드 사슬로 이루어진 혈액 내 당단백질입니다. 혈관 손상 시 트롬빈에 의해 절단되어 혈전의 주요 구성 성분인 피브린을 형성합니다. 또한 피브리노겐 및 피브린의 절단 산물은 세포 부착 및 확산을 조절하고, 혈관 수축 및 화학주성 활동을 나타내며, 여러 세포 유형의 증식 인자로 작용합니다. FIBB 유전자의 돌연변이는 무피브리노겐혈증, 이형피브리노겐혈증, 저이형피브리노겐혈증 및 혈전 경향과 같은 다양한 질환을 유발할 수 있습니다.
