Target Information

Spermidine/spermine-N1-acetyltransferase (SSAT1)은 polyamine의 아세틸화를 촉매하는 단명성 polyamine 대사 효소입니다. 이 효소는 세포 내 polyamine 농도의 정밀한 조절을 가능하게 하며, SSAT1의 유도는 polyamine 항상성 유지에 중요한 역할을 합니다. N1-acetylated polyamines는 배출되거나 acetylpolyamine oxidase에 의해 산화될 수 있습니다.
