Target Information
CD22 (BL-CAM)은 130–140 kDa의 type 1 막관통 당단백질로, B-림프구의 세포질과 세포막에 모두 발현됩니다. CD22 항원은 B세포 분화의 초기 단계에서 CD19 항원과 비슷한 시기에 나타나며, 성숙 B세포(CD22+)에서 형질세포(CD22−)로의 후기 분화 단계에서 발현이 제한되어 있습니다. 이러한 특성으로 성숙 백혈병의 표현형 분석에 유용합니다.
CD22는 hairy cell leukemia에서 강하게 발현되며, α2,6-결합 시알산과 선택적으로 결합합니다. 리간드 유도성 티로신 인산화 과정에서 B세포 항원 수용체 신호 조절에 관여하며, Src 계열 티로신 키나아제와의 상호작용을 통해 양성 조절 역할을 수행할 수 있습니다. 또한 세포질 인산화효소를 모집하여 신호 전달을 억제하는 수용체로 작용하기도 합니다. CD22는 diffuse large B-cell lymphoma 및 nodular lymphocyte predominance Hodgkin’s lymphoma에서 양성, classical Hodgkin’s lymphoma에서는 음성으로 나타납니다.
