  • Applications Reported: Suitable for flow cytometric analysis.
  • Applications Tested: Tested with mouse splenocyte suspensions; use at same concentration as experimental antibody.
  • Excitation/Emission: 488–561 nm / 667 nm; compatible with Blue, Green, and Yellow-Green lasers.
  • Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.
