이 탠덤 염료는 광산화에 민감하므로, 시료 및 바이알은 빛으로부터 보호해야 합니다.
Fixation:
시료는 IC Fixation Buffer (Product #00-822-49) 또는 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product #00-5333-54)과 함께 4°C 암소에서 최대 3일간 보관 가능하며, 형광 강도 및 보상 효율에 큰 영향이 없습니다.
