Aliquots of 5 µg, 10 µg, and 20 µg sizes are not recommended; use material in original packaging until exhausted.
For larger sizes, reduce freeze/thaw cycles by preparing aliquots (do not prepare aliquots below 20 µL).

Target Information
PBK (TOPK) is a serine/threonine kinase related to dual-specific mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPKK).
It is up-regulated in various hematological malignancies, participates in activating lymphoid cells, and supports testicular function (spermatogenesis).
Mitotic phosphorylation is required for catalytic activity, and PBK may play a role in lymphoid cell activation and spermatogenesis.
