Target Information
Fibrillin 1은 높은 시스테인 함량을 가진 세포외 산성 단백질로, 다양한 세포외 모듈의 모자이크 구성으로 이루어진 길고 실 모양의 구조를 갖습니다. 대부분의 분자는 47개의 EGF-like 반복으로 구성되며, 그중 43개는 칼슘 결합 서열을 포함합니다. 또한 8-cysteine 모티프(7개), hybrid 모티프(2개), 고유 도메인(3개)이 존재합니다. Fibrillin 1은 N-말단 근처에 프롤린이 풍부한 영역을 포함하며, Fibrillin 2에서는 해당 영역이 글라이신이 풍부한 영역으로 대체됩니다. Fibrillin 단백질은 결합 조직 전반에 걸쳐 연장된 섬유의 구성 요소로 존재합니다.
