Target Information

Fibrillin 1은 N-말단 근처에 프롤린이 풍부한 영역을 포함하며, Fibrillin 2에서는 해당 영역이 글라이신이 풍부한 영역으로 대체됩니다. Fibrillin 단백질은 결합 조직 전반에 걸쳐 연장된 섬유의 구성 요소로 존재합니다.
