The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
TEFM is a transcription elongation factor that increases mitochondrial RNA polymerase processivity. It regulates transcription of the mitochondrial genome, including genes important for the oxidative phosphorylation machinery.
