Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
SH3BP1 binds differentially to the SH3 domains of certain signal transduction proteins, including ABL1, SRC, and GRB2.
It exhibits GAP activity for Rac-related proteins but not for Rho- or Ras-related proteins, and inhibits PDGF-induced membrane ruffling mediated by Rac.
