Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
MAP2K3 (MEK3) is a dual-specificity protein kinase involved in cellular signal transduction and necessary for glucose transporter expression. It activates MAPK14/p38-MAPK and can be stimulated by insulin. Activation of RAS oncogene leads to accumulation of active MAP2K3, resulting in constitutive MAPK14 activation and oncogenic transformation. Inhibition of MAP2K3 is implicated in Yersina pseudotuberculosis pathogenesis. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants exist.
