For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The LDLRAP1 gene encodes a cytosolic protein containing a phosphotyrosine binding (PTB) domain. This domain interacts with the cytoplasmic tail of the LDL receptor. Mutations in this gene can cause LDL receptor malfunction, leading to autosomal recessive hypercholesterolemia.
