The Paradise™ PLUS FFPE LCM Staining Kit offers a fast penetrating stain that provides good contrast by differential staining of nuclei (purple) and cytoplasm (light pink).
By minimizing tissue exposure to water, where nucleases may be activated, the kit helps preserve RNA integrity that may otherwise be compromised in longer staining protocols.
