Target Information
ZHX3 유전자는 zinc fingers 및 homeoboxes (ZHX) 유전자 패밀리에 속하는 단백질을 암호화합니다. 이 단백질은 두 개의 C2H2형 zinc finger와 다섯 개의 homeodomain을 포함하며, 자기 자신 또는 ZHX1과 이합체를 형성합니다. 핵 내에서 이합체는 전사 인자 nuclear factor-Y의 A 서브유닛과 상호작용하여 전사 억제인자로 기능할 수 있습니다.
