Product Specific Information
- For IHC on PFA-fixed tissues: incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- For formalin-fixed tissues: heat sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, then cool for 20 minutes at room temperature.
Target Information
Filaggrin is expressed only in well-differentiated keratinized epithelial cells. Its synthesis varies among types of ichthyosis and in viral, premalignant, and malignant conditions.
