Target Information

Programmed death receptor ligand 1 (PD-L1, also known as B7-H1) is a B7 family member that interacts with programmed death receptor 1 (PD-1). PD-L1 negatively regulates T-cell receptor (TCR) signaling, reducing TCR-mediated proliferation and cytokine production. PD-L1 expression is abundant in many murine and human cancers and can be upregulated upon IFN-gamma stimulation, suggesting its role in tumor immune evasion.
