Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the ankyrin repeat and SOCS box-containing (ASB) family. These proteins contain ankyrin repeat sequences and a SOCS box domain, which couples suppressor of cytokine signalling (SOCS) proteins and their partners with the elongin B and C complex, possibly targeting them for degradation. The SOCS box domain has not yet been annotated for this encoded protein.
