hnRNPs는 RNA 결합 단백질로 heterogeneous nuclear RNA (hnRNA)와 복합체를 형성하며, pre-mRNA 가공 및 mRNA 대사와 수송 과정에 관여합니다.
일부 hnRNP 단백질은 핵과 세포질 사이를 이동하며, 두 개의 RRM 도메인을 통해 RNA에 결합합니다.
